Former senator Echostar executive Ken Tolle joins Denver-based law firm Moye White LLP

DENVER -- Moye White LLP, one of the Western region’s leading law firms, significantly deepened the expertise of its media and entertainment practice by hiring EchoStar’s former Vice President of Programming and Business Affairs, Ken Tolle.
Tolle brings to the 45-attorney practice an unmatched expertise in television network distribution deals having worked on agreements with every major content company and been an integral member of EchoStar’s team that concluded over $15 billion in content licenses and associated corporate transactions. As Vice President of Programming and Business Affairs for EchoStar, Tolle was responsible for the business and legal aspects of deal strategy, contract negotiation and operational execution. Prior to his tenure at EchoStar, Tolle was a lawyer with Western Integrated Networks LLC (the nation’s first “fiber to the home” cable over-builder) and Doyle Zakhem Suhre and Lilly, LLC of Denver.
