Charter has completed deployment of a comprehensive suite of Everstream software solutions across their entire national network

CLEVELAND -- Everstream, a Concurrent (NASDAQ: CCUR) company and industry leader of software for broadband network usage measurement, announced that Charter Communications, Inc., (NASDAQ: CHTR), the nation’s third largest cable operator, has completed deployment of a comprehensive suite of Everstream software solutions across their entire national network. The roll out incorporates key components for collecting, analyzing and reporting on VOD service usage and operational performance while providing a core platform for measuring audience impressions, viewing time and reach for long-form (commercials over 60 seconds) advertising campaigns.

Powering the deployment is Everstream’s Data Suite™ core architecture for data extraction, transformation, distribution and storage pertaining to VOD and interactive services. Data Suite is comprised of Interactive Data Gateway (iDG), which extracts usage information at the edge, and the Interactive Data Warehouse (iDW), an open and scalable data repository providing high-performance analytical operations in-house or via third party reporting tools.

Charter’s implementation will involve a wide array of Everstream applications including: Oi™ (Operational Intelligence) for VOD, delivering insight into service performance and the subscriber viewing experience; Xi™ (Expanse Intelligence) for VOD, enabling scorecard comparisons between markets, divisions, regions and groups; ReportOne™ for VOD, engendering a flexible reporting template for key VOD-related consumption and revenue metrics; and ReportOne for long form advertising, providing immediate, flexible reporting templates for key VOD-related consumption metrics, assets, and associated revenue trends.
