Netgear Puts Small Cell in Home Gateway

The DEVG2000F is the result of a long-term collaboration with Broadcom Corporation and Alcatel-Lucent to lower costs, deliver higher performance and expand mobile coverage for service providers.

The DEVG2000F quad-play small cell home gateway offers significant benefits to service providers operating both mobile and fixed line networks. Operators can now expand 3G HSPA+ Mobile coverage beyond the reach of their existing footprint to fixed line customers at home, assure Quality of Service (QoS) to mobile devices, and seamlessly move traffic from macrocells to small cells, increasing spectrum utilization efficiency.
