ANN ARBOR, Mich., and HOUSTON -- HarmonyCOM, an innovator in software for the provisioning of broadband services, and Telynx, Inc. (OCT BB: TLYX) a global leader in telecommunications infrastructure management systems, announced today a joint marketing agreement. The partnership with HarmonyCOM boosts Telynx's solution offering as well as their ability to address service provider needs. Service providers will benefit by having one complete service delivery solution, giving them a service advantage in a competitive marketplace.

In addition, Telynx will tap the robust auto-discovery and activation features of Harmony, to optimize a service provider's use of network resources, allowing users the delivery of critical services to the customer more quickly, accurately and efficiently.
