LISLE, Ill. -- Tellabs announced that Jupiter Telecommunications Co., Ltd. (J-COM) of Japan will use Tellabs' CABLESPAN® 2300 universal telephony distribution system to integrate phone with its cable TV and high speed Internet service on its broadband cable networks.
