More CRM features incorporated into MetraNet product

NICE, France -- MetraTech Corp., the innovative charging, billing, settlement and customer care provider, today announced the release of MetraNet 6.1. The latest version of the award-winning product further extends MetraTech's leadership in delivering Dynamic Business Modeling capabilities that create a strategic advantage for leading enterprises in industries with rapidly evolving business models including Cloud, Smart Grid, Financial Services, Media & Entertainment and Telco.

The new release advances the dynamic customer- and self-care capability of MetraNet 6.0 through the introduction of MetraView Active Customer Self Care, allowing customers to more easily interact with their invoices, statements and account structure than ever before. MetraNet 6.1 also introduces a new capability for more rapid and synchronized configuration via Business Modeling Entities. Both of these new assets help users respond more quickly to the customized needs of their customers, especially those of large enterprise accounts, without compromising performance or scalability.
