SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Aicent, Inc. announced today that it has entered a CRX (CDMA Roaming eXchange) Service Agreement with SK Telecom (NYSE:SKM). Under this agreement, SK Telecom will use Aicent CRX to establish data roaming partnerships with other global CDMA2000 operators which will enable the mobile subscribers to enjoy the same advanced data services using the roaming partners' networks while traveling outside the home network.

This agreement marks one of the first CRX commercial contracts in the CDMA community following the release of the CRX Guidelines by the CDMA Development Group late last year. Aicent, by launching the CRX Service with SK Telecom, is yet again leading the pathway to providing a critical mobile data hub solution to wireless operators.

"As one of the world's most advanced mobile data communications leader, SK Telecom is pleased to take the industry lead with Aicent CRX Service," said Mr. Hak Hee Lee, General Manager of Global Roaming Team at SK Telecom. "We see this agreement with Aicent as an important step to further expand our data roaming capabilities and continue to realize our vision of world class mobile services."

"We are proud to offer our new CRX Service to SK Telecom," said Lynn Liu, Aicent's President and CEO. "SK Telecom is already using our 3GRX Service for UMTS roaming. The addition of this new service is a further validation of our strong commitment to providing the most advanced roaming hub services to our customers."
