Comarco Tests TD-SCDMA

LAKE FOREST, Calif. -- Comarco (NASDAQ:CMRO - News) Wireless Test Solutions today announced that it is extending its popular Prizm Scanning Receiver System to support the emerging TD-SCDMA standard currently being deployed in China. The Prizm System is an advanced scanning receiver used by cellular carriers to deploy, monitor and troubleshoot cellular networks that conform to the TD-SCDMA 3G standard. TD-SCDMA (Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access) is an advanced 3G mobile telecommunications standard being pursued in the People's Republic of China by the Chinese Academy of Telecommunications Technology and which is supported by Datang and Siemens AG.
