Huawei's Latest US Offensive

6:55 AM -- There's no way Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. is giving up on its American dream.

Having already hired prominent industry executive Matt Bross to bolster its US ambitions, the Chinese vendor has now taken on former Bush administration official John Bellinger as an advisor, according to the Financial Times. (See Matt Bross Joins Huawei as CTO.)

Huawei is still looking for ways to accelerate its North American growth, but security concerns have so far limited its ability to expand through acquisitions.
