Even hot markets such as policy control have their casualties, unfortunately for Volubill.
Light Reading reported late last week that the company is on the brink of being acquired, but it seems the key driver for that move is the company's financial difficulties. (See: Volubill on Brink of Being Acquired.)
Our friends at Billing Views picked up the trail and got wind that Volubill , which has its main office in London but is registered in France, has been forced into liquidation and is in the hands of a French receiver, so any sale would be to raise funds for the company's debtors.
For more, including the names of companies that might be interested in an acquisition, see this Billing Views story.
