Radcom Wins Deal

TEL AVIV, Israel -- RADCOM Ltd. (Nasdaq and TASE: RDCM), a leading network test and service monitoring solutions provider, today announced that it was awarded an order during the third quarter for its Omni-Q voice service quality monitoring system by TelstraClear, a subsidiary of Telstra, Australia’s largest telecommunications company. TelstraClear will deploy Omni-Q in five of its New Zealand locations to monitor, analyze and troubleshoot the performance of its national and international services.

The contract was secured by RADCOM’s local distribution partner Vicom, one of Australia’s largest providers of telecommunications test and measurement solutions.

"Omni-Q’s open and modular architecture allows us to cover our current network testing and monitoring needs without sacrificing long-term flexibility, and also enables full integration with third-party solutions,” said Mr. William Lee, TelstraClear’s GM of Operations.

“We are delighted to welcome another member of the Telstra family to the growing list of world-leading communications companies that have deployed Omni-Q,” said Hanan Klainer, RADCOM’s Vice President, Sales. “In today’s highly competitive market, quality of service is already a primary differentiating factor, and will grow in importance in step with the uptake of triple-play services. RADCOM is dedicated to providing comprehensive, cost-effective solutions that help operators roll out new services and maintain customer satisfaction.”
