Going Soft in Europe

5:10 PM -- What do OSS, BSS, SDP, CEM, and IMS have in common? They're all going to be used ad nauseum next week in Nice, France, at the Management World 2009 event.

EuroBlog will be there, swilling coffee (until 10 a.m.) and beer (after 10 a.m.) on the show floor, scouting for gossip, and then participating in one of the conference panel discussions. (See OSS Firms: Are You Experienced?)
