Something Bunny Is Going On

12:30 PM -- A BBC article today explains that it is an unwritten rule in Portland, England that you do not use the word "rabbit."

"Because burrowing can cause landslips in quarries," the article unhelpfully explains, the superstitious savages (sorry, "citizens") of Portland prefer to call these dread creatures "underground mutton" or "furry things."
