LONDON -- Epsilon, a privately owned global communications service provider, was selected by BringCom Incorporated, a leading provider of connectivity solutions to developing countries, to deliver an outsourced colocation, connectivity and engineering for its London point of presence (PoP). BringCom’s PoP will be located in the Epsilon Global Hubs facility and will be fully supported by Epsilon’s team of engineers.
BringCom offers fibre, satellite and wireless connectivity solutions to commercial and government customers in Africa, the Middle East and the Americas. From its PoP in London, BringCom will be able to leverage Epsilon’s more than 500 network operator relationships in over 170 countries. It can efficiently connect partners and customers globally with an outsourced communications hub sitting between its primary regions of operation.
“We developed this solution to be a full service hub for BringCom and give it a solution for connecting customers and partners globally. Our team of engineers are on the ground 24/7 and ready to support BringCom with expert know-how and more than a decade of experience in our Global Hubs facility,” said Jerzy Szlosarek, CEO at Epsilon. “We deliver communications services that simplify networking and help our customers to grow.”
Epsilon managed all equipment installations in London and is facilitating interconnections in both London and Frankfurt. BringCom will use Epsilon’s remote access and hands service for PoP maintenance and management. It benefits from a single provider for all three service components, simplifying its operations and enabling it to rapidly scale up with an outsourced solution.
