Jan Bengtsson appointed new CFO of Teligent AB

STOCKHOLM -- Jan Bengtsson will take over as CFO on 12 March 2007. Paul Hastings is leaving his position as CFO of Teligent to become CFO of Telenor’s mobile business operations in Sweden.
"We are very pleased to have recruited Jan Bengtsson as CFO. Jan is quite capable and has the experience with international business that we require for our continued development," comments Tomas Duffy, CEO of Teligent.
Jan Bengtsson, 53 years of age, has a solid background within international financing and telecommunications. His most recent position is as partner and CFO of BrainHearth Capital, where he participated in building the company’s financing and management portfolio. Prior to this, Jan Bengtsson was CFO of AU-System and was involved in the listing of company on the stock market in 2000.
