Radcom demonstrates Omni-Q service monitoring tool to cable operators at CableLabs Summer Conference

TEL AVIV -- RADCOM, Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDCM and TASE: RDCM), a leading network test and service monitoring solutions provider, will demonstrate its Omni-Q service monitoring and troubleshooting solution at the Cable Television Laboratories, Inc. (CableLabs®) Summer Conference in Keystone Colorado, today and tomorrow.RADCOM will show how Omni-Q helps cable operators address the challenges of deploying voice over cable services.

The company will feature new solution capabilities targeted to cable operators. Specifically, the Omni-Q's ability to generate quality of service reports per division, region, market, location and CMTS (Cable Modem Termination System). Participants will be able to see how the Omni-Q now enables cable operators to drill-down and extract KPIs (key performance indicators) for every subscriber call within each CMTS. Additionally, RADCOM will demonstrate the Omni-Q's ability to bind quality of experience (QoE) metrics, such as MOS (Mean Opinion Score) to network topology and network element performance. The company will demonstrate the Omni-Q's unique blending of service monitoring and integrated in-depth session analysis troubleshooting in complex signaling plane environments.

The Omni-Q consists of a powerful, user-friendly central management module and a broad range of intrusive and non-intrusive probes. Powered by RADCOM's GearSet, a proprietary chipset online session processor, Omni-Q offers a new high-end, high-performance hardware-based probe platform, the R70. The R70 is fully scalable and offers upgrade options to meet the challenges of PacketCable 2.0 and IMS environments.
