EATOWNTOWN, N.J. -- PacketStorm Communications® announced today the release of their PacketStorm4XG IP Network Emulator.

The PacketStorm4XG joins a family of IP network emulators: PacketStorm1800E, PacketStorm2600E, Hurricane, Hurricane II, and Tornado. PacketStorm IP network emulators have been the industry leaders for the past five years. PacketStorm4XG is designed for multiple Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications.

The PacketStorm4XG provides all of the core WAN impairments with a user friendly graphical interface. The PacketStorm4XG is the first IP network emulator able to process multiple Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet at line rate for all packets sizes. In fact, the PacketStorm4XG can be configured for thirty-two ports emulation.
