MILPITAS, Calif. -- Gigamon®, a leading provider of Traffic Visibility Fabric solutions, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

Goldman, Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering, Barclays is acting as a passive book-running manager for the proposed offering, and Raymond James is acting as co-manager for the proposed offering.
