WANDL Solutions for IP, Transport, and Multi-Layer Design will be used to collectively analyze an organization's network and design an optimal multi-layer topology taking into account various costs and constraints for each network layer as defined by the user. Ciena selected WANDL because of its unique capability to do optimal multilayer data network design.
