CARY, N.C. -- Bandwidth.com, the leading provider of complete business communications solutions, today announced the launch of its Enterprise Services Division. The new division was created to meet the needs of enterprise companies looking to update their current infrastructure with large-scale and customized telecom solutions including voice, data and network services.

The Bandwidth.com Enterprise Team will be staffed by experienced network consultants and engineers whose goal is to create, implement and manage total solutions designed to work with existing systems that improve, not replace, an enterprise’s current architecture. While Bandwidth.com has served business customers of all sizes since its inception, the segment of customers that require larger and complex solutions has continued to increase over the past 18 months with advent of such technologies as business class VoIP.

Aaron Leon, a long term sales manager for the company has been chosen to head up this effort. “These customized solutions incorporate the latest developing technologies being made available to enterprise customers including SIP trunking, network capacity and latency, QoS, routing, among many others. Our goal is to bring all business communications solutions under one roof and provide customers with a complete telecom package without having to manage multiple vendor relationships individually. Bandwidth.com is excited about continuing our vision and commitment to customer service and satisfaction,” added Leon.

With over 400 employees in 9 different locations nationwide ATI Enterprises, Inc., which provides career training in health care, automotive, HVAC, IT and other professions, deployed Bandwidth.com’s enterprise solution to service all of their schools and facilities across the U.S. “After considering other solutions, we ultimately went with Bandwidth.com because of their unique ability to provide a complete telecommunications offering - everything from hosted VoIP to management services- eliminating the need to deal with multiple vendors, differing billing procedures, and unreliable customer support,” said Steven Barnard, ATI’s CTO. “Now all of our schools are completely unified in their telecom systems with advanced features supported by 24/7 customer service from Bandwidth.com’s account and engineering staff, allowing an all-in-one solution, which we could not achieve with our previous multi-vendor system.”
