WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. -- APEX Voice Communications (www.apexvoice.com), a global provider of SIP Application Servers and Service Delivery Platforms, and CallWare Voice Technologies, (www.callware- vt.com), the second largest technology and components supplier in Europe for the development of converged communications services, today announced the signing of a multi-year distribution agreement covering Spain, Portugal and Greece.

Under the terms of the agreement, CallWare is authorized to distribute the OmniVox3D® SIP Application Server and the APEX Service Delivery Platform (APEX SDP™), offer first and second tier support services, provide product training seminars, and market the APEX brand throughout the region. With this new partnership, value added resellers (VARs), network operators, value added service providers (VASPs), and systems integrators will have direct regionalized representation of APEX products, further simplifying the sales cycle.
