The Company has recently completed its restructuring process with its new name, cusip and call sign.

VoIP-PAL.COM has also appointed Jerry Philip, former Vice President and co-founder of Points.com to direct the Company's marketing efforts of its VoIP-PAL TRANSCTIONAL platform for VoIP products and long distance discount plans.
