LAS VEGAS -- Telrad Networks, LSI Corporation's (NYSE: LSI) and several other companies are forming the MSBG (Multi-Service Business Gateway) alliance. The alliance includes leading providers of services, application and management software, hardware and system integration. As a group, the alliance is focused on delivering an industry-wide open-system with a complete solution on current and next generation business services. Telrad has more than 3 decades of experience in providing enterprise and carrier-grade solutions for telecommunications vendors and will be a leading system integrator for the MSBG market.

"Telrad has the skills to enable system integration of MSBG solutions," said Charlie Kawwas, vice president of segment marketing, LSI. "They’ve provided solutions in the VoIP and transport spaces that tier 1 customers and tier 1 telecom vendors demand."

The MSBG Alliance is designed around LSI's breakthrough technology and includes Telrad Networks as the solution provider, and a number of additional Alliance partners to be announced during Interop.
