PARIS -- NextiraOne, Europe’s leading expert in communications services, has today confirmed that it has reached a definitive agreement to sell its Swiss business to Sunrise Communications AG.

The acquisition of NextiraOne Switzerland by Sunrise Communications AG is a logical step for the two companies who have worked closely together for a number of years. The two companies will continue to work together and Sunrise will be NextiraOne’s preferred business partner in Switzerland for NextiraOne’s international business, delivering the same continuous quality of service for customers.

The sale will allow NextiraOne to accelerate its investments in strategic areas including its business with international customers, data centre, unified communications/video, contact centre and managed services markets.

NextiraOne
