Collaboration with AlcaLu brings a UC services first to the Philippines

MANILA -- Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) and Philippine Long Distance Co. (PLDT) (PSE:TEL and NYSE:PHI), a leading service provider, are working together to offer managed unified communication services to mid-sized and large enterprises, a first of its kind offering from a service provider in the Philippines. With Alcatel-Lucent’s solutions, PLDT customers will be able to improve their business operations and customer service through more effective collaboration.
