The newly announced 10Gbps tunable transponder is integrated with MZ Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) External Modulator and 16 channels 622Mbps Mux and Demux, fully compliant to Telcordia GR-253 and OIF SFI-4, Dynamic Wavelength Provisioning for Reconfigurable OADM Applications. The new transponder is a best choice for Metro/Regional/Long Haul DWDM Universal and Spare Line-card. Product line manager says: the new 10Gbps tunable transponder is full C+L band tunable, the announcement of this product will extend our 10Gbps product line, provide our customers a better SDH/DWDM solution. From the user aspect, it could decrease the operation cost by reduce the emergency product.
