D2 Technologies announced expanded support for ARM processors, including integration with the ARM11T MPCoreT multicore processor

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -- D2 Technologies, the market leader in embedded software platforms that power IP communications and a member of the ARM Connected Community, today announced expanded support for ARM processors, including integration with the ARM11T MPCoreT multicore processor. This support enables OEMs and ODMs to utilize ARM processors with D2's embedded vPort VoIP software to easily create and power new, multi-functional converged communications devices that use high-speed broadband interfaces such as VDSL2/ADSL2+, FTTH/GPON or WiMAX. The vPort VoIP software solution running on an ARM11 processor core will be demonstrated at the Embedded Systems Conference Taiwan August 23-24, 2007at the Taipei International Convention Center in the ARM booth (#1F05).
