(NDTI) today announced the completion of their merger. The newly merged entity, known as RSoft Design Group, is the only company that offers a full range of simulation and planning software and services that span the entire component to network-level hierarchy. RSoft, Inc. and NDTI announced their agreement to merge in mid-November and have been effectively integrating their products, staff, and resources over the past two months. As a result of the smooth transition, RSoft Design Group expects to introduce a number of new products and upgrades to their existing award-winning portfolio in the first and second quarters of this year.
