BARCELONA -- Radisys Corporation (NASDAQ: RSYS), a leading provider of embedded wireless infrastructure solutions, and Fujitsu, a leading provider of information and communication technology (ICT)-based business solutions, today announced their strong commitment for a continued partnership—building upon nearly 10 years of collaboration, six generations of Radisys AdvancedTCA (ATCA) platform solutions and numerous successful network deployments.

After scaling through six generations, Fujitsu's current base platform is comprised almost entirely of award-winning Radisys ATCA solutions, and is now poised to migrate to Radisys' next-generation 40G ATCA platform. Addressing the explosion of bandwidth-intensive applications, and the introduction of LTE, Radisys' 40G ATCA platform is pre-integrated to help network equipment manufacturers deliver the highest performance for 4G/LTE infrastructure.
