SEATTLE -- F5 Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq:FFIV - News), the global leader in Application Traffic Management, announced today that the Company remains the No. 1 worldwide market share leader for the Layer 4-7 (L4-7) Fixed Server Load Balancing(1) market, based on the latest Dell'Oro Group Report(2).

Capturing 33.8% market share, F5 realized the greatest market share and revenue increase quarter over quarter, in the fixed switch market. The Dell'Oro Group's results are based upon F5's calendar Q3 2004 revenue numbers, which reflect record results for the Company.
