Rise of Etherman?

3:50 PM -- While Ethernet Europe 2010 was a roaring success, we can't help but latch onto a tiny bit of gossip that escaped during the show.

Thing is, we all know Heavy Reading's Stan Hubbard is a bona fide Ethernet expert. His Carrier Ethernet Switch/Router Quarterly Market Tracker and frequent Webinars are a regular testament to that fact. Watch this interview if you have any lingering doubts:

The question: Does Stan need his own merchandise to solidify our marketing efforts around his Ethernet greatness? Is Stan so famous that we can go right out and start licensing bobblehead dolls, T-shirts, and "Etherman" action figures to reinforce to the public that there's only one name they need to know when it comes to Ethernet market information?
