Re: LTE differentiation Yep, that did come up, Mark. What we heard from many smaller carriers like C Spire is they can't do dedicated carrier backhaul, so they're doing multi-carrier. I don't have many more specifics than that, only that backhaul remains a big challenge as they look at public access small cell deployments (most hadn't done that yet).

Re: LTE differentiation I always enjoyed talking with the rural IPTV providers in the past becuase they would do such cool stuff with hyperlocal content. I think that was their biggest advantage, because they could target their region in a way that big cable providers never could. It's a big tricker to leverage that ability to connect on a local level as a wireless operator without dedicated channels and programs, but I still think it's an advantage for them as well if they come up with new ways to personalize.
