VISTA, Calif. -- Palomar Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of high-precision assembly systems for broadband communications, today announced the promotion of Kevin Conlon to president. Chairman Gary Gist made the announcement. Since joining Palomar in 1997, Conlon has held the positions of vice president, sales and marketing, and chief operating officer.
