ADC selected by PacketLight to install and deploy optical service transport systems

MINNEAPOLIS -- ADC (Nasdaq:ADCT - news, www.adc.com - news) a leading global supplier of fiber optics, network equipment, software and integration services for broadband, multiservice networks, and PacketLight Networks (www.packetlight.com), a leading provider of metro optical transport systems, today announced a strategic equipment, engineering and installation (EF&I) services agreement between the two companies. ADC will work with PacketLight to deliver service providers an economical and flexible solution that helps reduce costs and generate revenue; supports optical networks; optimizes fiber and wavelength usage; and provides ease of use with end-to-end provisioning and management.
