As service providers virtualize their network functions to speed service delivery, improve revenue and decrease costs, they are also moving toward utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics to transform their billing and operations systems. The goal is to improve network visibility and the all-important omni-channel customer experience for themselves and their business customers.

The finalists in the Outstanding Digital Enablement Vendor category were selected because of their product innovation in next-generation OSS/BSS/analytics/digital commerce systems, proud investors and happy employees.

The winner will be announced at the Leading Lights Awards dinner on Monday, May 15, at Brazos Hall in Austin, Texas. The following day, the Big Communications Event opens its doors for two days of networking, learning and fun.

You're invited to attend Light Reading’s Big Communications Event – the ONE event that delivers context and clarity to the software-driven future. There's still time to register and communications service providers get in free.
