Centralization & international operations Centralization and best practices etc is a good idea in theory but just how possible is that across international operations?

There are no doubt gains to be had as long as the company realizes that there's a limit to what can be implemented (on a tech and operations basis) in different countries, and not just from a regulatory standpoint.

But the idea is sound, especially when it comes to having the same core values around services and seeking ways to benefit from IT/tech developments that are universal (data analytics and digital transformation, fo example).

THis is going to be a great test case and Combes has a track record of achieveing goals.
