SAN DIEGO -- ZCorum and Incognito Software are announcing at the National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA) meeting an agreement that allows ZCorum to use Incognito Auto Configuration Server (ACS) as part of a first-of-its-kind diagnostics solution for DSL providers. ZCorum recently announced their plan to develop a badly-needed diagnostic solution for DSL. As part of that development project they will be utilizing the Incognito ACS to collect key metrics from DSL modems and to provide advanced configuration management made possible by the TR-069 standard.
“We evaluated products from several ACS vendors and felt Incognito had the most complete solution,” said Neal Grillot, Vice President of Business Development for ZCorum. “They’ve also been the most responsive to our needs as we’ve gone through our testing.” Scott Helms, ZCorum’s Vice President of Technology agreed. “I’m pleased to have access to a quality ACS solution from a company like Incognito as part of our development effort, since it will play a vital role in powering the diagnostics and configuration management for TR-069-enabled modems within TruVizion.“
