TORONTO -- Sigma Systems, an industry leader in OSS solutions for delivery of Converged Broadband Services solutions, today announced it has completed the deployment of its Device Provisioning Manager (DPM) for WOW! Internet, Cable and Phone, a top 20 cable provider. Sigma's DPM enables the provisioning of the new WOW! ULTRA TV service, a true whole-home multimedia entertainment experience.

With Sigma's DPM, WOW! can easily manage the orchestration of customer entitlements across multiple device types needed to deliver services via the ARRIS Moxi® Gateway to connected devices within the home, including HD DVR, DOCSIS® 3.0 data service, VoIP, media sharing ability, MoCA connectivity and in-home WiFi routing. DPM provides centralized IP management, allowing service providers to quickly create new device configuration templates, which accelerates the delivery of new services. Sigma's DPM also offers a centralized system status and device health monitoring tool, which troubleshoots access devices and supports carrier-class reliability.
