BUDAPEST, Hungary -- Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), the leading provider of customer experience systems, today announced that it will deliver business support systems (BSS) under a five-year, managed services agreement to support the U.S., Canadian and United Kingdom operations of Vonage (NYSE: VG). Vonage is a leading provider of high-quality, voice and messaging services over broadband networks. The announcement was made at Amdocs' 2010 Global InTouch Business Forum, Amdocs' annual customer and partner event taking place this week.
