CORK, Ireland -- Vallent™ Corporation, the global leader in Service Assurance management, today announced that Banglalink is deploying Vallent’s performance management solution to monitor the performance of its network.
Vallent’s performance management solution will allow Banglalink to monitor and manage their complex network infrastructure. It will help Banglalink manage and analyse the behaviour of their network – their dropped calls, traffic per site, successful call completion, and more, on a near real-time basis.
Banglalink is the first operator in Bangladesh to realize the importance of monitoring network performance to improve quality. Banglalink’s investment will help them provide the highest quality services to their customers across Bangladesh.
