Telcordia, Fine Point Team Up

PISCATAWAY, N.J., and NEW YORK -- Telcordia Technologies Inc., a global leader in the development of IP, wireline, and mobile telecommunications software, and Fine Point Technologies, Inc., a provider of unique tools for broadband network connectivity management, today announced that the companies have entered into an OEM agreement through which Telcordia will obtain a financial interest in Fine Point Technologies, Inc.

The agreement provides Telcordia with the ability to resell, private label and integrate Fine Point Technologies’ capabilities in the areas of broadband home networking and wireless device management with Telcordia’s fulfillment and service assurance software offerings. The agreement enhances Telcordia's current product capabilities with the inclusion of seamless integration to provide feature rich and more economical remote broadband and mobile device management.
