Empirix announced that Suddenlink selected Empirix’s Hammer XMS to help cut operational costs by monitoring the company’s network

BEDFORD, Mass. -- Empirix™ Inc., the market leader of service quality assurance solutions for new IP communications, today announced that Suddenlink, a top 10 multiple service operator (MSO) in North America, selected Empirix’s Hammer XMS™ to help cut operational costs by monitoring the company’s network to identify issues that may negatively affect the customer. By helping Suddenlink more easily troubleshoot and fix issues before they impact service, Hammer XMS enables the company to efficiently assure network quality while also enhancing its ROI.

Suddenlink is one of the 10 largest cable broadband companies in the United States. With approximately 1.3 million customers, Suddenlink operates its own managed IP-based network available to customers throughout the U.S.
