PRAGUE -- SITRONICS Telecommunication Solutions, developer and producer of high-end telecommunications equipment and systems, has signed a three-year contract with Vodafone Czech Republic for the delivery of an information system for support of business and operational processes and for outsourced services. The FORIS BSS/OSS solution from SITRONICS will enable Vodafone’s customers to create personalised tariff schemes and enable the operator to provide practically any combination of tariff plans and special offers according to time of day, region etc.

“This solution will enhance our billing, CRM and ordering capacity which will allow us to offer new services even faster and in more complex bundles. It represents yet another step toward completing our strategic goal of launching services for corporate clientele by summer 2007,” says Vice president for business solutions Vodafone CR Andreas Laukenmann.
