TEL AVIV -- Scopus Video Networks (NASDAQ: SCOP), a provider of digital video networking solutions, will introduce its new network management system (NMS) Eldorado at IBC2008 in Amsterdam. Eldorado's open, scalable architecture enables smooth and easy technology migration and integration of new services and third-party devices, and can be fully customized to manage resources across networks.

"Eldorado is a direct response to the challenges direct-to-home operators, such as cable, satellite, terrestrial, and IPTV, as well as broadcasters and content providers face in today's increasingly complex and competitive environments," said Alon Avramson, director of NMS at Scopus Video Networks. "These operators need a network management solution that can keep pace with rapidly developing digital video technologies as service offerings and the customer base grow. Eldorado uniquely addresses these requirements as a robust, flexible NMS that scales easily from small operations to large, distributed environments while enabling multi-user operation."
