The WAP Billing payment page presented on the mobile handset explicitly states the terms of the service or content, the name of the item and its cost, together with a safe purchase ‘Buy Now’ link. After selecting that link, payment is directly charged to the subscriber’s mobile phone bill, without having to send or receive a Premium rate Text Message.

Following a successful payment, mobile content is instantly delivered: media, or an application, will download to the mobile handset, or a subscription service will begin.
