MBlox Selects Ace-Comm

GAITHERSBURG, Md. -- Advanced OSS provider ACE*COMM Corporation (Nasdaq: ACEC) today announced that it has been selected by mBlox, the world’s largest mobile transaction network, to supply a billing solution based on OpenARMS™, ACE*COMM’s advanced revenue management solution.

Based on a prototype and consulting recently provided by ACE*COMM, mBlox and ACE*COMM have developed an aggressive multi-phased global roll-out program for the billing solution. The OpenARMS™ solution delivers on an unmet market demand for allowing the definition, fulfillment and billing and settlements of telecom services. This includes the modeling of the service, payment structures, commissions, costs, and other critical functions.
