RICHMOND HILL, Ontario -- MAXXIAN, the leader in innovation and systems for analysis of broadband system data for set-top, network and account troubleshooting and intelligence, today announced the expansion of its management team with the addition of Stephen Sacks as Vice President, Business Development.

Stephen joins MAXXIAN with more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, helping operators through the evolution of the technical landscape from analogue video to two-way, digital, broadband data, high-definition and switched systems in cable and telephony markets, all the way to 3-screen and mobility markets. He's held senior and VP level positions in sales and marketing with General Instrument Corp. prior to its acquisition by Motorola, Capella Telecommunications, Terayon Communications and RGB Networks.

In these roles, Stephen has been instrumental in opening new markets across the Americas and the Caribbean, and in expanding sales from traditional cable operators into telephony, IPTV and other advanced markets.

"Stephen's expertise and reputation in this market is outstanding", says R.J. Juneau, founder and CEO of MAXXIAN. "The relationships and trust he's established across the industry will be invaluable in helping operators learn the value they will get from CounterStryx's detailed look into their network and authorizations problems."
