LUXEMBOURG -- MACH, the leading clearing and settlement partner for mobile based transactions, today announced that it will provide GSM roaming financial clearing and settlement services to Telefónica Móviles Colombia S.A. Movistar, one of the leading telecommunications company in Colombia. With these services Movistar will be able to optimise its cash-flow and offer its subscribers secure and reliable international roaming.
Under the agreement Movistar has outsourced the complete GSM financial clearing and settlement process to MACH, which will provide its MACH Finance solution. MACH will offer technical and financial specialist support for its services from its regional office in the Americas located in Curitiba, Brazil.
Mr. Juan Carlos Niño, Interconnect, Roaming and Content Director, of Telefónica Móviles Colombia, explained: "We chose MACH as our partner based on the strength of its advanced range of services, value-for-money offering and total commitment to the highest levels of client support.
