DALLAS, Texas -- JacobsRimell (JR), the leading provider of subscriber-centric IP service fulfillment solutions, today unveiled its next generation OSS platform -- APSDP (APS Delivery Platform) at TeleManagement World Forum Dallas 2006. APSDP includes new functionality based on the evolution of key industry standards and the trend towards the deployment of service delivery platforms (SDP) designed to address operators' deployment and integration challenges. APSDP capitalizes on the phenomenal success JR has had with its data driven fulfillment platform that today delivers services for 15 million Voice, Video and Broadband Internet subscribers.

Delivered as part of an SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), APSDP provides the foundation information architecture and information access solution essential for the orchestration of emerging blended or unique products that depend on multiple underlying services.

Marek Stawinski, Vice President IT Architecture & Solution Design, UPC Broadband, the European distribution division of leading international cable operator Liberty Global, Inc., said, "With this implementation of OSS/J as part of our next generation service delivery architecture we are now able to more rapidly and efficiently automate and integrate our service fulfillment platforms. OSS/J is a key enabler for us as we continue the standardization of our operational platforms across the UPC properties."
