With this release InfoVista extensively supports deployments of the Alcatel-Lucent 7705 Service Aggregation Router—a platform well suited to the transport needs of the evolving mobile radio access network (RAN).

Infonetics Research, an international data networking and telecom market research firm, estimates that the IP/Ethernet mobile backhaul equipment market will more than double from $4.6 billion in 2008 to almost $11 billion in 2013.
